Why Fisher CPA Firm?
Twenty years ago I went into business for myself. I was seeking more control over my business future as I started my first business. I had been a successful Controller and CFO but I knew that with each change of the CEO, I would most likely lose my job. I also had a strong desire to help people realize their financial dreams by using my unique combination of business talents. I spent the first 5 years in business for myself as a merger & acquisition consultant. After working with several business owners in selling their businesses, I noticed that many of my clients needed more expertise in accounting and tax issues than they were receiving.
So I set out to start my own CPA Firm. I didn’t want to be the typical burn out your employees CPA Firm that dominates the industry today. I wanted to create a firm that provided work life balance for its employees, and was truly connected with its clients so advice and counsel could be given with real time data. We were in the cloud way before the term cloud was used.
Fifteen years later, we have a thriving business. Our mission is to help each of our clients achieve their financial dreams which are defined in any way they define them. Once they achieve their dream(s), we have the satisfaction of knowing in some small way, we helped them achieve their dream.
I understand the challenges that many small and midsize business owners face today. Over my 35+ year career, I have worked for and with successful businesses and not so successful businesses. I know what it takes for a business to be successful. When I meet with my clients, the first thing I want to know is what their goals and objectives are. If we don’t know where our clients are going, we cannot truly give them the advice, services and encouragement they need to achieve their goals.
